Third Avenue Streetscape Improvement Project Phase 1 – City of Chula Vista

Phase 1 of the City of Chula Vista’s Third Avenue Streetscape improvements began in 2012.  This 5 million dollar project consisted of renovating Third Avenue from H to Madrona Streets. The enhancements included new traffic calming measures for pedestrian access, lighting, expanded bicycle parking, relocating transist stops and shelters.
